Who We Help
We support orphans and vulnerable children (ages 6–18), the elderly, teenage girls at risk of dropping out, and out-of-school youth (ages 18–25) in low-income communities across Uganda.
Our Story
Refill Charity Foundation began with one person noticing a problem in his own neighborhood. Our founder, Lutaaya Uthuman, saw children sent home from school for lack of fees, and girls missing class — some ending up on the streets of Kampala. He started small, using his own personal savings to buy books for four children. That small act of refilling has since grown into a community movement.
Our Mission
To refill the educational gaps of underserved children through school support, mentorship, and skills
Our Vision
A Uganda where no child’s future is empty — every child refilled with education, dignity, and opportunity.
Our Impact
- 10 children supported with school requirements in 2026
- 5 girls given sanitary pads
- 2 community outreaches held..
